Virtual Pool Visits - Terms 
 

Pink Flamingo Pool Company, LLC offers Virtual Pool Visits as a remote consultation service to assist Clients with troubleshooting, maintenance guidance, and service recommendations. By scheduling a Virtual Pool Visit, you acknowledge and agree to the following:

• Purpose & Scope: Virtual Pool Visits are for advisory purposes only and do not replace in-person inspections or professional repairs. Any recommendations provided are based on the information and visuals shared by the Client during the virtual session.​

• Client Responsibility: Clients are responsible for providing clear, accurate, and up-to-date information about their pool, equipment, and any issues they are experiencing. The effectiveness of the consultation depends on the quality of the information provided.

• No Guarantee of Resolution: While we strive to offer accurate guidance, we cannot guarantee that all pool issues will be diagnosed or resolved through a Virtual Pool Visit. Some concerns may require an in-person service appointment.

• Liability Limitation: Pink Flamingo Pool Company is not responsible for any damages, equipment malfunctions, or pool conditions resulting from actions taken based on advice given during a Virtual Pool Visit. Clients assume full responsibility for any maintenance or repairs performed based on recommendations.

• Fees & Payment: Virtual Pool Visits may be subject to a service fee, which will be disclosed at the time of scheduling. Payment must be made in advance unless otherwise agreed upon.

• Technology Requirements: Clients must have a stable internet connection and a device with a camera and microphone for the virtual consultation. The Company is not responsible for technical difficulties that may interrupt or impact the quality of the visit.
