1. Authorization for Repairs

• Automatic Approval for Minor Repairs: Clients may opt into our automatic approval program for minor repairs costing less than $75. Under this program, our technicians are authorized to perform necessary minor repairs without prior consent.

• Repairs Exceeding $75: For repairs estimated to exceed $75, we will obtain written or verbal consent from the client before proceeding. This ensures that clients are informed and agreeable to the proposed work and associated costs.

2. Liability for Damages

• Pre-existing Conditions: The company is not responsible for damages resulting from pre-existing conditions of the pool or its equipment. Clients are encouraged to inform us of any known issues to assist in accurate assessments and repairs.

• Equipment Failure and Manufacturer Defects: While we strive to maintain and repair pool equipment effectively, the company does not assume liability for damages arising from equipment failure or manufacturer defects. We recommend consulting with the equipment manufacturer or a specialized technician for issues beyond our scope.
