Pink Flamingo Pool Company, LLC ("Company") may update these Terms at any time. Notification of changes will be provided by updating the Company’s website with the last modified date or requiring you to agree to the updated Terms. By continuing service after updates, you agree to the revised Terms. If you do not agree, you must notify the Company in writing.
