Termination

Timeframe: Either party may terminate this agreement with 30 days' written notice.
 

Outstanding Balances: All balances must be paid in full upon termination of the agreement.
 

Refunds: No refunds will be issued for partial months of service if the Client terminates early.
 

Termination of the agreement will not affect any outstanding obligations, including payment for services rendered prior to the termination date.
