Service Policies

At Pink Flamingo Pool Company LLC, we strive to provide exceptional pool maintenance services. To ensure a smooth and satisfactory experience, please review our service policies outlined below:

1. Water Levels
​
Clients are responsible for maintaining the water level in their pools, ensuring it remains at least halfway up the skimmer. Technicians are not authorized to adjust water levels without written permission.
2. Accessibility
​
Clients must provide safe and unobstructed access to their pools. This includes ensuring gates are unlocked, pets are secured, and pathways are clear. A $20 fee will be charged if access is denied without at least 12 hours' notice.

3. Missed Service
​
Delays or cancellations due to holidays, inclement weather, or unforeseen events may occur. In such cases, we will attempt to reschedule the service. Credits for missed services will only be issued if rescheduling is not attempted.
4. Pets
​
Clients must ensure that all pets are secured during service visits. Pink Flamingo Pool Company LLC is not responsible for any injuries to pets or their escape during service visits.

5. Credit Card Information
​
Clients are required to keep a valid credit card on file to facilitate timely payments for services rendered. Please refer to our Credit Card Authorization section for detailed information.

6. Excessive Debris & Storm Cleanup
​
The first 15 minutes of service are allocated for debris removal and storm cleanup at no additional charge. Any labor exceeding this time will incur a fee of $31.25 per 15 minutes.
