Invoices will be emailed to the address in this agreement, with payments due upon receipt.

By selecting "Yes" and signing this agreement, I authorize Pink Flamingo Pool Company to send invoices and notifications via text. I understand opting out may affect timely billing and service updates.

4. Cancellation & Late Payment Policy

• Monthly service is billed on the 1st of each month and due immediately.

• A $25 late fee applies if payment is not received by the 15th of the month.

• Services are paused if payment is not received by the 15th until payment is made.

• 30 days’ written notice is required to cancel service. Mid-month cancellations are non-refundable.

5. Additional Terms & Conditions

• Liability: Pink Flamingo Pool Company is not responsible for damages due to improper pool use, weather incidents, or pre-existing equipment issues.

• Water Levels: Clients must maintain water levels at least halfway up the skimmer opening. If low water levels cause service delays, a $20 fee may apply for repeated occurrences.

• Accessibility: Clients must ensure unlocked gates and restrained pets on service days. If access is denied, a $20 charge may apply unless a 12-hour notice is given.

• Excessive Debris & Storm Cleanup: Standard service includes ¼ hour labor. Extra labor is billed at $31.25 per additional 15 minutes. Chemical fees apply for phosphate removal if debris enters the pool.

• Pet Policy: Clients must ensure pets are contained during service visits. Pink Flamingo Pool Company is not responsible for pet injuries or escapes.

• Missed Service Calls: If a service day falls on a holiday, service may be rescheduled within 1-3 days. In case of inclement weather, cleaning will be adjusted accordingly.

• Credit Card Requirement: To ensure seamless payment processing, Pink Flamingo Pool Company requires all clients to keep a valid credit card on file. This card will only be charged under the conditions outlined in the Credit Card Authorization Form included in this agreement.

6. Termination & Invoices

• Termination: Either party may terminate this agreement with 30 days’ written notice. All balances must be paid in full.

• Invoices: Statements are issued at the start of each month. First month’s payment is due in advance.

• Late Fees: A $25 late fee applies for invoices over 30 days past due, plus 1.5% monthly interest. Services may be terminated if unpaid after 60 days.

• Credit Card Fees for Major Repairs: A 3.5% fee applies for credit card payments on equipment repairs or installations.

7. Legal & Arbitration

• Liability Disclaimer: Pink Flamingo Pool Company is not responsible for damages caused by acts of nature, vandalism, lawn services, or normal equipment deterioration.

• Legal Action & Fees: If legal action is necessary to collect unpaid balances, the client agrees to cover all legal and collection fees.

• Jurisdiction: All disputes will be handled in the York County, SC court system or through binding arbitration under AAA rules.

By signing below, the client acknowledges and agrees to all terms outlined in this service agreement.

To ensure smooth payment processing, Pink Flamingo Pool Company requires all clients to keep a valid credit card on file. Your card will only be charged under the conditions outlined below.

By signing this form, I authorize Pink Flamingo Pool Company, LLC to keep my credit card information on file and charge my card under the following circumstances:

• Recurring Billing: If I am enrolled in autopay for recurring services, Pink Flamingo Pool Company will charge my credit card/withdraw funds for payment for services rendered. Such charge will be automatically performed on the first of each month or the next business day OR within 3 calendar days of receiving the invoice. Monthly charges will recur for as long as services are rendered or until I give Pink Flamingo Pool Company written notice to discontinue automatic billing/fund withdrawals.

• One-Time Payment Authorization: If I request a one-time payment by credit card.

• Past-Due Balances: If my account becomes overdue and remains unpaid after multiple attempts to contact me.

• Authorized Repairs or Additional Services: If I request additional services or repairs via email, text, or phone call.

In the event that my financial institution rejects charges to my credit card or financial account for any reason, I agree to pay the charges due immediately and no later than three (3) days after the rejection. I also understand that I will be responsible for any fees incurred by Pink Flamingo Pool Company as a result of my financial institution’s rejection of my credit card or financial account.

I agree to notify Pink Flamingo Pool Company immediately if there are any changes to my credit card (number, expiration date, etc.).

I also agree to address any disputed charges directly with the Pink Flamingo Pool Company office before disputing the charges with my financial institution.

We accept Visa, MasterCard, and Discover. We do NOT accept American Express.
