I authorize Pink Flamingo Pool Company, LLC to charge my credit card on a monthly basis for payments for services rendered to the above named client for the most recent invoice. I accept acknowledgement (statement) from my financial institution as a receipt for my payment. I understand and accept the following conditions:

1. Pink Flamingo Pool Company will charge my credit card/withdraw funds for payment for services rendered. Such charge will be automatically performed by Pink Flamingo from 1 to 3 calendar days after Pink Flamingo Pool Company has sent me the invoice.

2. Monthly charges will recur for as long as services are rendered or until I give Pink Flamingo Pool Company written notice to discontinue automatic credit card billing/fund withdrawals.

3. In the event that my financial institution rejects charges to my credit card or my financial account by Pink Flamingo Pool Company for any reason, I will pay the charges due immediately and no later than three (3) days after the rejection. I also understand that I will be responsible for any fees incurred by Pink Flamingo Pool Company as a result of my financial institution’s rejection of my credit card or financial account.

4. I agree to notify Pink Flamingo Pool Company immediately if there are any changes to my credit card (number, expiration date, etc.).

5. I agree to address any disputed charges directly to the Pink Flamingo Pool Company office BEFORE disputing the charges with my financial institution.
