Water Levels: Clients must keep water at least halfway up the skimmer. Technicians will not fill pools without written permission.
Accessibility: Clients must provide safe access (unlocked gates, secured pets, clear pathways). If access is restricted, service may be skipped or rescheduled when possible.
Missed Service: Delays due to holidays, weather, or unforeseen events will not be credited unless rescheduling is not attempted.
Pets: Clients must secure pets. The Company is not responsible for injuries or escapes.
Credit Card: Clients must keep a valid credit card on file (see agreement below for details).
Excessive Debris & Storm Cleanup: The first 15 minutes are included; extra labor is $31.25 per 15 minutes.
