Credit Card Authorization

By providing your credit card information to Pink Flamingo Pool Company LLC ("Company"), you authorize the Company to charge your card for services rendered, as outlined below:

1. Recurring Billing

​

If you enroll in our autopay program, your credit card will be charged on the 1st of each month or within three days of receiving an invoice. This ensures timely payment for ongoing services. 

 

2. One-Time Payments

​

For any services you request via email, text, or phone, you authorize the Company to charge your credit card on file for the agreed-upon amount. This authorization covers all such one-time services unless you provide alternative payment arrangements prior to service delivery. 

 

3. Past-Due Balances

​

If your account remains unpaid after 60 days and after at least two written notifications, you authorize the Company to charge your credit card for the outstanding balance. This measure ensures the settlement of overdue accounts and the continuation of services. 

 

4. Card Information Security

​

All credit card information provided will be kept on file in a secure, encrypted manner and used solely for the purposes authorized in this agreement. The Company adheres to industry standards and complies with PCI (Payment Card Industry) regulations to protect your information. 

 

5. Cancellation of Authorization

​

You may cancel this authorization at any time by providing written notice to the Company. Please note that cancellation may result in the termination of services if alternative payment arrangements are not made.

By providing your credit card information and agreeing to this authorization, you acknowledge that you have read and understood the terms outlined above. This authorization will remain in effect until you notify the Company in writing of its cancellation.
